We are a developmental psychology practice. We have been directing, operating, and researching for a combined 60 years in programs for organizations. Our Integral Flow approach has its foundation in work we have gleaned through the years in our associations with Fielding Graduate University, Union Institute, and Taos Institute.
We are connected globally to a group of unique practitioners from a wide variety of human development related fields. We work with other associates and founders in maximizing the strengths and potential of the whole. Our shared philosophical stance is rooted in Social Construction, Collaborative Therapy, Appreciative Inquiry and Interactive Value Creation. These ways of knowing and being collectively acknowledge that the intersections of relationships in all areas of life lead us to new possibilities that are rich in capacity and purpose.
